Cotton Room Wedding Photos

Justin and Allie were married at the Cotton Room in Durham, NC. The Cotton Room is truly a beautiful wedding venue. The bridal suite is by far my favorite of any wedding venue I have photographed at. I walked in and my mouth literally fell to the floor. I felt like I had walked into a 5 star beauty salon. The room is filled with a lot of natural light which is a photographers dream. The wedding and reception space is also filled with beautiful lighting, tall ceilings and brick walls to elevate the look of any party. 

Justin and Allie are stationed over seas so planning their Cotton Room Wedding was a little daunting especially during a pandemic. I'll never forget the day I received their final balance for the wedding. I had a bit of a tough week and when I opened the envelope their was a note from Justin saying "thank you for choosing to work with us", I teared up. Just those few words told me they cared about me and that this was a true partnership. We hadn't met yet but I knew I loved them and got even more excited about photographing their wedding at the Cotton Room.
